Guaranteeing equal rights of employees if/when outsourcing activities to third parties

Since ITU is a state university, it guarantees the equal rights of the employees in the event that the activities carried out in public places are/are carried out by third parties with the following policy. There are no outsourced activities at ITU. All working staff is ITU’s own personnel. However, should the need arise, our university policies extend the same social benefits and statuses to contracted workers as those enjoyed by our own personnel. For example, they have access to all social housing options. In addition, temporary contracted administrative staff at the university can benefit from cafeteria facilities and personnel services, similar to the benefits enjoyed by academic staff. Similarly, employees from external institutions can benefit from cafeteria services. Although fees are charged, they are proportional to employees' wages and significantly below market prices.
