Policy on pay scale equity


ITÜ aims to ensure equal pay scales for all employees by eliminating gender gaps and ITÜ also guarantees all male/female staff that the pay scale is not calculated by gender. ITU personnel receives their salaries only according to the employee's service class, cadre and job title, cadre degree, and educational status (Please, see figure about required information for salary and fee). For this, SDG 8.2.1 can also be examined. As a policy, ITÜ undertakes to pay " equal pay for equal work" for its employees with similar characteristics.
