ITÜ has a staff manual where it mentions the salary that all staff and administrative staff will receive according to the economic development policy of the republic of Türkiye. Each employee shall receive the salary stated in
their employment contract. All employees are entitled to receive that salary from the actual date of joining and shall be paid on a monthly basis. Below is an example of an academic staff's salary account according to the working class,
pay grade, and job title, salary step, and educational status. The salaries of academicians and civil servants calculated according to these conditions are given in the table below. ITÜ undertakes and pays all its personnel above
the living wage.
