ITU recognizes labor rights for all workers and guarantees decent work through its recognition of unions and labour rights. ITU supports efforts to direct and develop the mechanisms of recruitment, selection, and contracting for all university employees without discriminating against any underrepresented group. The labour rights of women and international staff are recognised through the agreements. The collective agreement signed between ITU and the union is provided below.
