The employees can appeal on the grounds of:
● A disregard for protocol that resulted in an unfair conclusion.
● The application of an excessive punishment in light of the misconduct's facts.
● An unexpected conclusion made by the manager of discipline.
Employees of ITU can use the printed documents provided in the link to appeal for their rights and/or pay. After they have filled out the forms, they are registered through ITU’s “Electronic Document Management System”. They can follow the status of their appeal through the ticket number provided by the system. Employees and students can also officially reach the relevant unit via ITUHELP.
