The training courses to be provided under the coordination of ITU Technopark in 2017 target personnel planned to be employed by employers. With the signed protocol, ITU will play a role in providing vocational training courses. İŞKUR will cover the costs of the training and the employment process of the trainees and will ensure that participants are directed to the courses.

Supporting organizations involved in the process, the Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association (MÜSİAD) and the Turkish Machinery Federation (MAKFED), will be able to employ qualified personnel needed by their member organizations through these training programs.

The vocational training courses will be coordinated by 1773 ITU Technopark. The courses aim to train and employ qualified personnel. The training combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications, supporting participants' direct adaptation to working life and enabling young people and individuals seeking to advance their careers to acquire the most up-to-date and sought-after skills in the sector.
