Our Rector Prof. Dr. İsmail Koyuncu visited Nakhchivan at the invitation of Nakhchivan State University Rector Prof. Dr. Elbrus Isayev. During the two-day visit accompanied by our Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Lütfiye Durak Ata and ITU Turkish Music State Conservatory Director Prof. Dr. Ali Tüfekçi, consultations were held with Nakhchivan State University Rector Prof. Dr. Elbrus Isayev, T.R. Deputy Consul Necla Kaya, Nakhchivan Minister of Education Rehman Memmedov and Nakhchivan Minister of Health Niyazi Novruzov.

The extensive visit to Nakhchivan, in which Ankara University Rector Prof. Dr. Necdet Ünüvar and Gazi University Rector Prof. Dr. Musa Yıldız also participated, lasted two days
