While celebrating its 250th anniversary, Istanbul Technical University continues to take new steps in line with its digital transformation vision. In order to digitally conduct the procedures of our new and retiring personnel at our university, the Job Starting and Job Leaving Processes project was created under the leadership of the Human Resources Department.

The Human Resources Department and the Information Technology Department provided training to the education faculty secretaries, personnel personnel and relevant unit personnel at the Süleyman Demirel Cultural Center on July 12, 2023, in order to explain the project flow of the Starting and Leaving Processes and to introduce the application.

At the end of the training, the IT Department ITU Officer Application was implemented to ensure that the personnel's starting and retirement processes can be carried out more quickly and easily within the scope of the project .
