Istanbul Technical University (ITU) is being brought to the public agenda with its significant contributions to the 100th anniversary of our Republic in its 250th anniversary. Our university ranked high on the “100 of the Republic’s Economy” list prepared by the economy publisher Bloomberg HT .

The list of “100 of the Republic’s Economy” includes institutions that played an important role in Turkey’s economy since the declaration of the Republic, such as Ziraat Bank, İş Bank, Sümerbank and Türk Şeker. İTÜ ranked 4th on the list with its great economic contributions to our century-long history of the Republic.

In the ranking, it was emphasized that ITU graduates have played a major role in the growth and development of Turkey since the early years of our Republic and have signed many firsts and engineering works in our country.
