A new one has been added to the scientific and peer-reviewed journals of Istanbul Technical University, which contributes to the formation of new agendas in the scientific world with its academic publications. ITU Journal of Food Science and Technology, which started to be published by ITU Press under the editorship of Prof. Dr. Esra Çapanoğlu Güven, will be published twice a year and will share articles in Turkish and English written in its field with the readers.

 

The journal, which attracted attention with its first issue, aims to increase social awareness and play an active role in scientific development by publishing current studies and recent developments in the fields of food processing and engineering, food science, food safety and preservation, food biotechnology and physical, chemical and sensory properties of food.
