An Academic Collaboration Protocol that encourages, enhances, and supports mutual cooperation and a joint working approach in all fields of education and teaching was signed between Istanbul Technical University (İTÜ) and Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University (AİÇÜ). The signing ceremony, attended by our Rector, Prof. Dr. İsmail Koyuncu, and AİÇÜ Rector, Prof. Dr. Abdulhalik Karabulut, featured the participation of İTÜ Vice Rectors, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kumral and Prof. Dr. Lütfiye Durak Ata, İTÜ Deputy Secretary General, Dr. Ümit Karadoğan, ICA İçtaş Infrastructure Board Chairman, Serhat Soğukpınar, and others, along with IC Foundation Director, Dr. Meral Dinçer.

Prof. Dr. Abdulhalik Karabulut expressed his pleasure in collaborating with İTÜ, which holds the distinction of being the country's first technical university with a rich history, stating that they are bringing İTÜ's 250 years of expertise together with academics, students, and administrative staff.
