The international collaboration project initiated by ITU, California-based autonomous bus company ADASTEC and the City College of the City University of New York (CCNY) to train experts in autonomous vehicles received support of 300 thousand dollars from the National Science Foundation Fund (NSF) of the United States of America (USA).

The world's first driverless bus at ITU Ayazağa Campus

Istanbul Technical University, which has been carrying out test drives as a ring service with the world's first driverless bus e-ATAK, developed by Karsan and made autonomous by ADASTEC, within the Ayazağa Campus since the beginning of the 2023-2024 academic year, continues to attract attention with its moves in the field of autonomous vehicle technologies.
