ITU Corporate Academy organized in-service training programs for the personnel working in the Student Affairs offices of our university between October 20 and November 18, 2021. The trainings, which started with the transfer of the history and corporate identity of our university, were carried out under the titles of corporate belonging, motivation, diction, rhetoric, conflict, anger and stress management, social media and communication.

ITU Rectorate prepares training and development programs that will meet the personal, managerial and professional knowledge, skills and communication needs of the administrative staff with the training programs it organizes under the title of "In-Service Training". In this context, it is aimed to strengthen the sense of belonging in all employees, from the lowest level to the managerial level, to respond to the need for motivation, to discover and develop their personal skills, and to work in a happier work environment in the programs where expert educators come together.
