ITU, with its mission to be the university of firsts and bests, hosted a summit held for the first time in our country. The National Copper Summit, which brought together experts with the aim of increasing copper production and exports by producing high value-added products in line with green production and digital transformation, was held on October 31, 2024, at SDKM in our Ayazağa Campus.

Organized by our university, the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO), the Kocaeli Chamber of Industry (KSO), and the Istanbul Iron and Non-Ferrous Metals Exporters' Association (IDDMIB), the one-day summit began with opening speeches. Click here for details.
