On June 14, SDSN Turkey, which operates within the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) established as a United Nations initiative, and rectors, vice-rectors and NGO representatives from 28 universities exchanged ideas. ITU Sustainability Office also participated in the meeting.

Current developments in the world and in our country, the work carried out as SDSN Global and Turkey, the planning of the work to be carried out in the field of sustainable development in the coming period and the exchange of ideas were organized on an online platform and at Boğaziçi University.

The meeting was hosted by Prof. Dr. M. Naci İnci, Rector of Boğaziçi University and Prof. Dr. Gürkan Selçuk Kumbaroğlu, UN SDSN Turkey Director and Vice Rector of Boğaziçi University. The meeting contined with a speech on the Global Agenda by Marta Garcia Haro, Senior Manager of UN SDSN Networks, and a presentation of the work carried out within the scope of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals set in 2015 and targeted to be achieved by 2030, new projects and participant suggestions.
