Istanbul Technical University (ITU) continues to crown its pioneering role in scientific and technical fields with its achievements. The original swarm strategy development and artificial intelligence algorithm testing environment used in the “Developing Swarm Strategies with Reinforcement Learning” competition was developed by ITU master's and doctoral students Abdullah Cihan Ak, Kubilay Kağan Kömürcü, and Batuhan İnce, under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nazım Kemal Üre (faculty member of the Artificial Intelligence and Data Engineering Department). and was developed by ITU master's and doctoral students Abdullah Cihan Ak, Kubilay Kağan Kömürcü, and Batuhan İnce.

The competition's award ceremony was held on November 5, 2024, in Ankara. The plaque awarded to the ITU Artificial Intelligence Center for its contributions to the competition was accepted by our Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Lütfiye Durak Ata. Click here for details.
